We have some great cooking ideas for you with the regional dishes of Normandy, such as Tarte Tatin — Moules Marinière — Poulet Valley d’Auge and our now famous, Gâteaux Paysanne (and it is not a gâteaux).  Finally you will be able to capture the creative, innovative and delicious cooking of one of Normandy’s greatest English Chefs (read it again) – Martin Ferris, Waldorf trained and completely mad as a hatter – but what talent!!!  He loves cooking in France, and for a time ran his own restaurant, just to show the "Froggies" that we can cook just as well, if not better!!!!!!!  It was so busy he closed it, as it was ruining his lifestyle.

Martin is a natural showman who teaches by demonstration before allocating tasks towards composing each night’s supper……………….  No, it’s a feast, with real French cooking, and a real holiday!!!!!!!

For all the humour, we do offer great value for money,with stunning accommodation, a fun packed holiday, which incidentally we have been doing for the last 16 years, although we have had a few years off to move to this charming location which is:

Set in 15 acres of beautiful countryside, a river running throughout the whole property and a waterfall beside the cookery school, you will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the stunning scenery.  Cook, eat, drink and relax in the courtyard, with the river idling slowly by and the sound of the waterfall in the distance……………heaven – but hell with Martin as your instructor !  Actually, he’s not that bad, he starts like a lion and ends like a kitten!!!!!

Your holiday starts on Sunday, and we think you will say sadly, finishes on Friday…., but you will go away with one of our coveted diplomas, which adorns many a kitchen wall !!!!!!
